3. Subscription and Billing

VerifAI operates on a credit-based system. You may purchase credits or subscribe to a plan for additional credits. There is no refund policy, but you can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will still retain access to any remaining credits until they are used or expire.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user, you are expected to:

• Use VerifAI solely for its intended purpose: verifying whether content is AI-generated.
• Not misuse, modify, or attempt to reverse-engineer the extension.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws when using VerifAI.

Misuse of the service may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

5. Termination of Service

VerifAI reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service under the following conditions:

• If you violate these Terms of Service.
• If we are required to do so by law or regulatory authority.
• If your account is found to be involved in fraudulent activities or malicious use.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any legal matters arising from them will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Germany. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Germany.
